The quality of the meat itself gets five stars - always! But, I'm giving this review three stars because I recently ordered four ribeye steaks for a dinner I was throwing and I was so disappointed that the thickness of each steak was radically different than the next. I had to cook them each for different amounts of time in order to get a uniform medium rare across the board. I was not too happy about that! :(

Great tasting steak. I would like to have the option of selecting a thicker thickness for easier grilling. I definitely will be purchasing again as I am very impressed with your dedication to providing only the very best which will greatly improve our health. Thank you for all you do.

These Ribeye steaks were the bomb. I prepared them with a light coating of olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar and a dusting of Montreal steak seasoning. I threw them in the grill. They were perfection. So juicy and flavorful!!

I am a refugee from Belcampo. Primal Pastures ribeyes are better than Belcampo's were. Really excellent grass finished ribeyes.

Thicker than expected, good flavor, good texture.
