Spatchcock (aka butterfly) is a favorite chicken grilling method for beginners and experts alike.  At this class, you'll learn from Backyard BBQ Expert Matt Lokay on his tried and true methods for tasty, crispy chicken every single time.  Whether you're a grilling newbie or a certified pitmaster, you'll pick up some new tips and enjoy a beautiful evening on the farm.  Friday, August 30th at 6pm.

After our mini farm tour, head back to the grill for a bbq demo by Chef Matt Lokay, and learn how to achieve the perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy, tender meat, and taste the difference of a pasture-raised chicken cooked to perfection.

All levels of cooking experience are welcome. Whether you're a beginner wanting to feel more comfortable on your Webber, or an aspiring pitmaster, this workshop is for you.

About the Chef:

Matt Lokay a self taught backyard grillmaster that aspires to help others make their best barbecue. He's been into live fire cooking and he's been innovating better ways to grill for more than a decade. Matt's grilling skills started to go viral on the Instagram page @californiagrillin where he's helped thousands of people perfect their backyard grilling skills.
