Tri-Tip is a flavorful cut perfect for the grill, oven, or cut up and tossed into your chili. When cutting your tri-tip, make sure you cut across the grain so that you will get a nice, tender slice as opposed to a chewy non-edible bite.
We have partnered with two ranches in Oregon and Arizona to bring you the highest quality beef, which means they are always grass fed as well as grass finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used.
