10/6/23: The Art of Sourdough Making

Farm Friday

About this experience

Join Andrea for a super fun class all about sourdough making. We'll cover every step of the way, from feeding your starter to shaping the perfect loaf. Learn how to keep your starter happy and healthy and discover the magic of turning discarded starter into yummy treats. We'll geek out a bit on water percentages and creating the best environment for your starter to thrive.

So whether you're a seasoned baker or a total newbie, come hang out with us. Let's learn how we can bake some nutritious and seriously tasty sourdough for our families.

Each ticket holder will go home with their very own starter to take home.

Member Price: $15.00/ticket (use code: SOURDOUGH at checkout)
Non-Member Price: $30.00/ticket

Andrea will also be hosting a follow up class called From Mill to Meal: Exploring Fresh Milled Grains on Friday, 11/3. You wont want to miss it!
