Ribeyes were thin with very little fat. I recommend using REP or Belcampo if you are ordering from Cali.
Ribeye was very thin and pretty fatty, even for a ribeye. Cooked medium rare and just wasn't great. Hoping the other cuts of meat are better.
The ribeye steaks were very thin and the meat while flavorful was extremely tough and chewy. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. Might try the chicken but definitely will not be purchasing any more beef.
The meat and poultry were excellent and I was very impressed on the way it was packaged. I will for sure order again.
