Pastured Top Round Roast
The Top Round Roast is far more tender compared to the bottom round roast. This is a very versitile cut of meat that can be used from everything from pot roast to a great beef sandwhich.
We recomend cooking this roast rare - medium rare. If cooked any longer the roast may become dry and tough.
