Sunday Supper at Primal Pastures (7/30/17)

On Sunday, July 30, we are teaming up with top New York Chef Nicoletta Grippo and partner in crime Danny Herlihy of Do or Dine to host the most epic food experience in Southern California this year, right here on the farm.  This slow food, open fire event will feature the best truly local, sustainable ingredients and will focus on slowing things down and enjoying great company on a beautiful evening together on SoCal's premier regenerative pastured livestock farm.  The evening will kick off at 4:30pm and will include a multi-course meal, craft cocktails, local wine, a short tour of the farm, and lots of great conversation with like-minded people.  The event is limited to 50 people max, and will sell out quickly!  Tickets are $149, with a 4-pack available for $549.

Cocktail Hour

House-made Ricotta (Organic Pastures Raw Dairy), Stinging Nettle, Olive Oil, Pane alla Piastra.

Cheese, Charcuterie, Pickled Summer Vegetables etc.

Summer Smash Cocktail.

Primal Pastures Meats

Crisp Primal Pastures Pork Belly, Charred Summer Corn, Sungold Tomatoes, Tender Greens, Herbed Buttermilk.

Braised Primal Pastures Guinea Hen Ragu with Hand Cut Tagliatelle, Calabrian Chili, Parmigiano Reggiano.

Whole Fire Roasted Primal Pastures Lamb, Mint Salmuera Sauce.

Vegetables and Sides

Whole Roasted Local Carrots, Cracked Coriander, Dill Crème Fraiche. 

Local Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil Fino, Temecula Olive Oil.

Wood Fired Local Eggplant, Charred Herb Vinaigrette.

Local Baby Zucchini, Pink Peppercorns.

Roasted Blueberry Buttermilk Gelato w/ Organic Pastures Raw Dairy, Twice Baked Butter Shortbread.

Campfire S’mores Pavlova, Chocolate Meringue, Toasted Mallow and Crisp Graham.

Children are welcome, but $149 is the price per seat/plate.

Menu is subject to change as needed based on local farm availability.  Our goal is to source quality local ingredients over sticking to an exact plan.

Tickets are transferrable, but not refundable.

Dietary Restrictions: Courses will be primarily family/buffet style with many options, so dietary restrictions can be accommodated by choice of each individual guest.  However, the menu will be the same for all guests.  Ingredients will be available in detail for all dishes.
