All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska. They are pasture raised and given no antibiotics or hormones.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of certified organic local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, soy free, GMO free grains and barley that has been soaked and sprouted in whey. This by far the best hog available.

Not enough meat on it

I was really disappointed in these. There was only about 1-2 bites of actual meat per bone. Taste was good though

Thank you PP I loved everything that I have tried so far. I especially loved the Wild White Sea bass; best sea bass I have ever had. Also loved the pasture beef ribeye. I made some white chili with the ground pork that was delightful . I will be placing future orders .
