Shipping & Delivery Details

  • Orders are packed with dry ice and insulated liners to maintain freshness.

  • Meat may arrive partially thawed. As long as it’s cold to the touch, it's safe to refreeze or use. If any item arrives warm, let us know.

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx with no signature required (except on orders over $500) and may be delivered as late as 8 PM.

  • You’ll receive three email confirmations:

    1. Order confirmation

    2. Packing notification

    3. Shipping notification with tracking

Important Notes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • We are not responsible for address errors entered at checkout.

If you have delivery instructions, include them in the "Note to Seller" section—not in the shipping address.

Perishable Items & Dry Ice

All orders are carefully packed with insulation and dry ice to keep your meat frozen during transit.

Dry ice may dissipate during shipping, and it is normal for dry ice to be gone upon arrival. Meat may arrive frozen, partially frozen, or cold to the touch. As long as the meat is cold to the touch (refrigerator temperature or below), it is safe to refreeze or cook.

Delivery Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier and delays can occasionally occur due to weather, mechanical issues, or high shipping volume. These delays are outside of our control.

However, if your order arrives thawed, warm, leaking, or otherwise compromised due to transit, we will make it right.

Reporting an Issue

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The box
  • The insulation
  • The product
  • The shipping label

We offer a no-questions-asked refund or replacement for any order that arrives damaged or compromised during transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
