Our steaks come from cattle that are 100% raised on grass and finished on pasture. They’re never fed grains, corn, or soy, which results in leaner, more flavorful cuts with higher nutritional value and no antibiotics or hormones. Our cattle are raised using regenerative practices, including rotational grazing that builds healthy soil, supports biodiversity, and improves the land over time. Cattle are never confined to feedlots and spend the majority of their lives grazing on pastures rooted in vegetative cover.
