All Organic Ingredients: Grass Fed Beef, Water, Salt, Minced Onion, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Fennel, Paprika, Parsley, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Crushed Red Pepper.

We have partnered with two ranches in Oregon and Arizona to bring you the highest quality beef. To us, that means cattle that is raised on pasture their entire lives and are always grass fed and grass finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used.

The flavor of the Italian ground beef was nice but it was very salty. If the salt could be adjusted it would be perfect.

Good for lasagne :)

Great flavor. It made making dinner so much easier to have it pre-seasoned. One word of caution when using in recipe is to be mindful of any additional salt or the dish could become too salty.

Italian sausage and chorizo

I mixed the Italian sausage and chorizo for tacos and couldn't believe it taste sooooo delicious like alpastor flavor. This will be on my continual purchases for sure!!
