The ultimate "slow food," our all pasture raised, grass fed lamb shanks are excellent when slowly braised in the oven. The meat will be so tender that it will fall off the bone and is a favorite of chefs and gourmet cooks.

Our lamb products are raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, and are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture raised. They are not fed any grain.

LAMB SHANKS

Absolutely gorgeous lamb shanks! I’m a carnivore so I used about 1 1/2 pouches of your beef bone broth to slow cook two of these bad boys in the crockpot with some good sea salt. Fall of the bone delicious! I ate both of them 😁
