The pork loin is considered by many to be the top of the line pork cut. Experience the difference of our pastured pork, raised without antibiotics or soy. Cook the loin whole or speed up the process and cut the loin into boneless chops. 


All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska. They are pasture raised and given no antibiotics or hormones.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of certified organic local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, soy free, GMO free grains and barley that has been soaked and sprouted in whey. This by far the best hog available.

Delicious!

It’s a shame that the shipping price is so expensive. I could easily order another fine piece of meat for what the shipping charge is. As good as the meat is as well as the packaging, I just cannot justify the shipping cost in these tough economic times. I have found grass fed Pastor Raised farm closer to home where we can save on shipping costs by picking up our purchases.

The pork roast in question had great flavor but had a tremendous amount of fat, around 60%. The dogs enjoyed the fat.

Mix feelings

The meat is always amazing. However, I am a bit disappointed with the last two pork roast I got. The majority of the piece was fat. I got not much meat out of it and I only feed 3 people total.

Good pork but so much fat! I would say it was 1/2 fat. So I paid a lot of money for only a little meat.
