All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska. They are pasture raised and given no antibiotics or hormones. They eat a natural omnivore diet of certified organic local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, soy free, GMO free grains and barley that has been soaked and sprouted in whey. This by far the best hog available..

While I love your products..the ribs were priced as 1 to 2 lbs. I ordered 2 packages but when they came one was 1.2 lbs and the others was 1.7lbs. This fed 3 adults and no leftovers and the ribs werent really that meaty but tasted great. I understand your pricing and yet I find the cost cannot be that sustainable for the majority of families. Hopefully good organic products will be affordable to the masses as we return to non industrialized farming practices.

Good but.....

The pork spare ribs were delicious! However lots of fat was on them, and the ribs themselves were rather small.
