"Animal Based" eating was coined by double board certified Paul Saladino (aka CarnivoreMD). While the concept of animal based eating varies, the basic premise is eating like our ancestors did; mostly nose-to-tail animal foods, focusing on meat and organs with the addition of fruit, honey and raw dairy, which would have also been readily available.

If you are looking to start your journey of Animal Based eating, this is a great starter pack to get you ready.

Includes:
1 lb. Pastured Beef Liver
1.5 lb. Raw, Unfiltered Wildflower Honey
24 oz. Ready-to-drink Pastured Chicken Bone Broth
1 lb. Pasture Raised Ground Beef Patties (1/3 lb. each)
10oz Pastured Beef New York Steak
1 lb. Primal Chicken Drumsticks (low PUFA: corn and soy free fed)
2 lbs. Primal Paleo Beef Blend 80/20

All the meat 🥩

The Animal Based Starter pack was good. But, kind of pricy for the little meat you get. The steak was excellent, the burgers were ok (I’ve had better) and the mixed ground beef was good. Liver was great as well. I could eat this amount of meat in about seven days so it’s not cost effective for an animal based diet. I do recommend it if you want to test the waters with the liver and mixed ground beef selection.
