This year, we decided to bring in a product fit for Dad - Grass Fed Tomahawk Steaks! But we were only able to bring in a very limited quantity.
The Tomahawk gets it's namesake from a single-handed axe because it is basically a large Ribeye cut thick enough to accommodate an exposed rib bone that remains attached, resembling the handle of an axe. This cowboy ribeye not only looks impressive, but tastes even better.
We have partnered with two ranches in Oregon and Arizona to bring you the highest quality beef. To us, that means cattle that is raised on pasture their entire lives and are always grass fed and grass finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used.
