Primal Spatchcock Chicken

Grilling season just got easier with the addition of our Primal Spatchcock Chicken. For those of you that don't know what a spatchcock chicken is, it is a whole chicken that has had the spine removed  and flattened out. The perks of having your chicken spatchcocked is that the cooking time is cut almost in half, cooks more evenly, and more surface area is exposed to your favorite marinade.
