Primal Lamb Shanks


The ultimate "slow food," our all pasture raised, grass fed lamb shanks are excellent when slowly braised in the oven. The meat will be so tender that it will fall off the bone and is a favorite of chefs and gourmet cooks.

All our lamb products are raised at Primal Pastures in Temecula, Southern California and Stemple Creek Ranch in Tomales, CA, and are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture raised. They are not fed any grain.
