Our Beef Fajita Meat is not only extremely flavorful, but is also simple to work with. Steak Fajitas typically come from the flank or skirt steak which can be a tougher cut. However, our fajita meat is pre-cut against the grain and blade tenderized so that it is ready to soak up your favorite citrus marinade.

Don’t Skip the Marinade! To ensure your fajita comes out tender, it is important to marinate it in an oil and citrus juice, which helps to break down the connective fibers for a minimum of 4-6 hours, but overnight is best.

We have partnered with two ranches in Oregon and Arizona to bring you the highest quality beef. To us, that means cattle that are raised on pasture their entire lives and are always grass-fed and grass-finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used.

Details: 1lb packs. Pre-cut. Blade Tenderized but requires marinade.

Taste great!

First time ordering this. This meats flavor was great, however I missed the instructions, (as they are on the website and not the packaging) to marinade the meat in citrus & oil. I knew the meat would be a tougher cut as flank can be, but it was pretty tough and fibrous. The marinade is needed as the seller states on website. My critique is to have the marinade instructions on the package and not just the website. This is my fault for not realizing but also I prepare food based on instructions on package not going to the website I ordered it from. Otherwise the flavor is so great! There is a reason it sells out. I will be ordering again to actually follow the sellers instructions.

Chewy beef

I’m not sure why, but the beef… no matter which cut it is, cooks up very chewy. Trying to muddle through and cook up what we get, but thinking of changing to strictly chicken and pork.

Tough to Eat

Had a tough texture and the thinness and wide pieces did not resemble traditional fajita style meat. Love Primal Pastures but this one product won’t be on my rotating orders.
