Bone-In Pork Loin is such a versatile cut and one of our favorites here at Primal Pastures. You can leave it whole, rub it with herbs and roast it, you can also cut it into beautiful bone in pork chops, or you can even cut the bones off and have yourself a mini rack of baby back ribs. Whatever you choose to do with this cut, it's sure to be a crowd pleaser.

All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska. They are pasture raised and given no antibiotics or hormones.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of certified organic local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, soy free, GMO free grains and barley that has been soaked and sprouted in whey. This by far the best hog available.

Poor Quality Cut of Pork Loin Roast

Although we enjoyed the taste of the pork -we struggled with the cut selection you provided us. Way too Boney -I was unable to make a cut to create a complete slice anywhere ! More bone than meat-to much fat vs meat. I will not order again.

Not for publishing, just feedback for you

We purchased two Pork Loin and made the first one with a tried and wonderful recipe. We found the selection we received so full of fat we had to search for the meat. It was disappointing and we hope the second piece is not so fat full. We will let you know. We love your products. Your business ethics. Karin Larka

Bone in pork loin

It was a little challenging to cut into pork chops, since I had never done it before. However, it was delicious.

Poor packing

The meat was not vacuum sealed as there was a rip in the plastic that let in the air. Did not look like it was a rip that happen during shipping. When I sent an email about it along with a photo the reply was some times a sharp bone cuts through. That could not be the case as the rip was in the middle of the rib section. The cut also had a bit of bone dust on it and a couple of blood clots. Sloppy processor. The custom meat service I worked at in highschool took more care.

Hey Johnie,
We're sorry that you received product from us in less than satisfactory. Your original email said you were going to use the product and just wanted us to know. We stand by fixing any customer service issues with full satisfaction as I stated in my reply to' let us know if there were any problems and we would happily fix it'. I also sent a follow up to see if there were any issues when you cooked it and never heard back. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift card or a refund and we will take care of it for you.
Our apologies,
Michelle
