Bone-In Pork Loin is such a versatile cut and one of our favorites here at Primal Pastures. You can leave it whole, rub it with herbs and roast it, you can also cut it into beautiful bone in pork chops, or you can even cut the bones off and have yourself a mini rack of baby back ribs. Whatever you choose to do with this cut, it's sure to be a crowd pleaser.
All of our pork products come from Primal Pastures in Temecula, CA or Clear Creek Farm in Spalding, Nebraska. They are raised free range, outside, and given no antibiotics or hormones. They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and certified organic, soy/GMO free grains. This is far and away the best hog in Southern California.
this Pork Loin without a doubt has to be the best tasting pork I've ever eaten! Salt,Pepper to season, then when nearly done I squeezed the juice of half a blood orange over it,then let it complete baking on low...OMY!!! So tender & BONE SUCKING GOOD! I will order from you again. And again!
