Best chorizo ever (and I am from chorizo land...)

This chorizo I have been looking for for years! All chorizo you find in Mexico and elsewhere is usually made with commercial pork (really bad stuff for your health) or commercial beef (hormones anyone?) with lots of fat.
But this chorizo is heaven sent! Grass fed cow beef (the best type of beef), very low fat, delicious flavor and great composition!!!
Love it, love it, love it!!!!
