Primal Pastures Lamb Liver is tender, sweet, delicious and full of many important nutrients. Liver is rich in iron and Vitamin A and has a flavor that nicely complements that of its usual companion, onion. Liver can be grilled or sautéd, but it becomes very tough if it’s cooked beyond medium rare.

Our lamb products are raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon and are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture raised. They are not fed any grain.

First time to try Lamb Liver & it was good

We will be back to get more Lamb Liver and Beef Liver. We like both.

Lamb Liver

Having had the Beef Liver and truly enjoyed it, I am comparing the Lamb to the Beef, it is not as good imo, it could be my preparation method, but cooking it as I did the Beef Liver it was stronger and not as tasty. This was my first time eating lamb Liver and should look into the best preparation methods to give a through review.

VERY GOOD AND TENDER!!

Fried in a pan with ghee, garlic, onions, and some squash. Came out really good and I have been using it in several dishes. Very tender and makes a good healthy meal!!
