This unique venison organ blend consists of 95% ground venison, 1.5% venison heart, and 3.5% venison liver. The flavor is off the charts with no gaminess, delivering only the sweet taste of venison.

This has become one of our staples. Sub it for ground beef - it’s lean and mean and so packed with nutrients between the wild grazing and the organ meats. Love this product!

Great for Meatloaf

Loved getting organ meats in diet with no “organ meat taste” or texture. Mixed it half and half with ground pork for a perfect meatloaf. As I said to my husband “now find the liver.” Pretty pricey to ship frozen food, so next time I will order a large lot now that I know how well it works. I’d used in meatballs too.

Delicious and mild

We mixed this in a sauté with one pound of PP beef, because venison is often so lean, and we used it to make a "Sheppard's Pie". It was absolutely outstanding! Will definitely be buying it again. Thank you for offering something different. We are always on the look out for something new and different that is sustainable and delicious. Thank you for offering more options!
