Really good flavor and quality

Meat is very tough

As much as I love the chicken from Primal Pastures, the beef top sirloin is so tough I couldn’t even chew it. Especially if I’m cooking it ahead and eating it second day. A friend of mine said it could be due to the cow being slaughtered too early?

chewy

My first attempt at grilling found it chewy (Medium done). Will try marinating with acidic marinade longer (overnite in fridg). would appreciate any tips.
