Tough as leather. I had to slow cook it to be able to chew it.

i placed 2 orders over $200 each and tried the skirt steak and then the ribeye and it was so tough I could not chew it. I never had meat like this before, even the garbage disposal couldn't grind it. I sent 3 yes 3 emails to customer service to bring this to their attention and have not received any response. This is no way to run a business or treat customers.
