Grill it or skillet, these sausages are perfect for a barbecue or quick weeknight dinner. These fresh brats have a clean delicious taste and seasoning that will keep you coming back for more. 

All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska. They are raised free range, outside, and given no antibiotics or hormones.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and certified organic, soy/GMO free grains.  This is far and away the best hog in Southern California.

I love PP products but this one was way too salty and lacked any nuance of flavor as a result.
