About the Pigs

 

All of our pork products come from Clear Creek Farms in Spalding, Nebraska.  They are raised free range, outside, and given no antibiotics or hormones.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and certified organic, soy/GMO free grains.  This is far and away the best hog in Southern California.

Pretty good!

I was surprised. This was my first time eating pork liver. I've always had beef liver. They seem to be similar to me except this pork liver was huge! I was super excited to see how big it was. I was able to eat Liver Salad for a few days with it. Thank you, Primal!
