Chicken Feet in Bone Broth

Used some chicken feet along with chicken bones for some homemade bone broth. It turned out great - Flavor was delicious and lots of collagen. Excellent product!

Good for soup and more

Some of the feet have blemishes that have to be cut off, but overall they're delicious and good for making a rich, gelatinous broth; afterwards they're great in soup or sauteed with butter.
