Received this order of Primal trout when I was moving. I had no spices or lemon, just butter and salt and pepper. Let me tell you I was amazed at the flavor! I can't wait to have this fish again! Definitely buying many more!

Have done the trout in a pan on top of the stove and it turns out perfect every time. Moist and very flavorful.

Tastes Like Salmon

The trout tasted like salmon, but it wasn't a strong salmon flavor. I had been eating salmon for a while and wanted something different, and I didn't realize trout and salmon are in the same family, but the fish tasted fresh, which is a plus. The only other thing was that the fish came without labelling, so I wasn't certain if I truly got trout because it looked like a salmon fillet to me, but I noticed that the fish had less omegas in it, so I assumed it was trout that I got.
