I usually purchase from Safeway I thought the color was supposed to be pale pink
But when i received my order from Primal Pasture , to my surprise they are Ruby Red

LOVE them!!!! Am on strict auto immune procol diet which calls for eating organ meats, could not find chicken hearts for many months, until now I absolutely love them. I can eat them like candy which I used to like but no more! Give me hearts!
