Delicious!

This was my first time ever making a lamb roast! Turned out amazing! My only complaint is the shipping cost which I know can’t be helped considering the distance. However, with money being tight, I will be looking for a farm closer to home to save on shipping costs. I can order an extra cut of meat for what I paid in shipping.

A little bit small for $70

definitely couldn’t afford it, but I splurged and it turned out pretty tasty. I’d only buy again if I could catch it on sale about 50% off the price. Just one of the most expensive pieces of meat I’ve ever bought. I’ll stick to my cheap steaks for now.

Good quality!

I was very impressed with the high quality of the lamb shoulder, my whole family loved it. I wish it was bigger, I ended up buying three more the following week.

Excellent flavor and tender!

I cut up this shoulder roast and slow cooked it all day in bone broth. It is the most tender lamb we've ever had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I thought the fat was a bit excessive. I'm not fat-phobic, but I did cut some of it away. Perhaps if I had slow roasted the shoulder it would be a different story.
