What a beautiful piece of lamb. It's such a beautiful tasting lamb. Not gamey at all. As with all the Primal Pasture cuts, there is just the right amount of fat. Never too fatty. I just roast the shoulder with veggies and it's always a healthy way to get our protein.

This was my first time ever making a lamb roast! Turned out amazing! My only complaint is the shipping cost which I know can’t be helped considering the distance. However, with money being tight, I will be looking for a farm closer to home to save on shipping costs. I can order an extra cut of meat for what I paid in shipping.

definitely couldn’t afford it, but I splurged and it turned out pretty tasty. I’d only buy again if I could catch it on sale about 50% off the price. Just one of the most expensive pieces of meat I’ve ever bought. I’ll stick to my cheap steaks for now.

I was very impressed with the high quality of the lamb shoulder, my whole family loved it. I wish it was bigger, I ended up buying three more the following week.
