1. Select Box Size: We understand that every household has different needs. Choose the box size that suits your requirements.  Our classic box ranges ~10lbs, while our large box ranges  around 18 to 20lbs.

2. Select the Protein: Enjoy the freedom to customize your box with a selection of premium, pasture-raised proteins. Options include chicken, beef, pork, lamb and wild-caught fish.

What will be in the box? During signup, choose your preferred proteins, and we'll expertly curate your box. Each delivery will feature a variety of products based on your unique protein selections. Expect delightful surprises with every box as we introduce you to new products each time.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Terms: By subscribing, you agree to regular deliveries as per your chosen schedule and billed to the payment method used at the time of sign up.     FAQ's

    When will my order ship?

    Nationwide shipping is available Monday- Wednesday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following week.

    California Residents  shipping is available Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Thursday will be processed and shipped the following week.

    Do you ship with dry ice?

    We pack all of our boxes with recyclable insulated liners, as well as dry ice.  We calculate the dry ice needs for each individual address to ensure you receive your meat perfectly frozen. 

    It is very common for the dry ice in your package to have dissipated by the time it arrives to you. As long as the meat is still cold to the touch, the products have not been compromised.  

    Additional Order & Shipping Information

    All orders received are processed immediately and will be packaged and shipped at the earliest convenience.

    If you would like to cancel your order or combine multiple orders, please contact reach out to info@primalpastures.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

    If the order has already been processed and packaged, changes may not be possible.

    P.O. box addresses are not accepted.

    We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or mistakes entered in shipping details. Any shipping instructions should be entered into the ‘note to seller’ section at checkout (NOT in the address section). We will forward shipping instructions onto FedEx, however, we cannot guarantee drivers will follow instructions.


    We have chosen to trust FedEx to deliver all orders. You will receive three confirmations: an order confirmation immediately upon purchase, a confirmation when your order is being packed and a confirmation when your order has been picked up by FedEx. All packages will be left without a signature and can be delivered as late as 8pm.

    Everything is very high quality and great tasting! I would like the option to add to the box prior to fulfillment of the order. I tried to get the taco meat, but it was in a separate order and I didn't want to pay for shipping so didn't finish the order.

    First Box from Primal Pastures

    I was excited to receive my box and see what would be in it. I was pretty disappointed to receive 5 lbs of chicken wings. I don't like chicken wings so I am not sure I will want to reorder since there is no customization available. My husband really enjoyed the fish he received so that was a positive.
