Tender, flavorful, and ideal for grilling or pan-searing, our lamb rib chops come from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished lambs. While naturally smaller than grain-fed cuts, they deliver a rich, clean lamb flavor without excess fat.

Our lamb is raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, where animals live on open pasture and are never fed grain. This makes lamb an excellent alternative to grass-fed beef for nutrient-dense, high-quality meal planning.

All orders ship frozen with dry ice and insulated packaging to arrive in perfect condition. We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.

  • Most lamb sold in the US comes from Australia or New Zealand and travels thousands of miles before it reaches your plate. Ours is raised in Oregon and shipped direct to your door, frozen at peak freshness. Shorter supply chain, better traceability, and a farm you can actually learn about.

  • Not quite. "Grass-fed" is an unregulated label and animals can be grain-finished and still carry the claim. Most imported lamb (which makes up the majority of what you'll find at a grocery store) is finished on grain to maximize weight before slaughter. Ours isn't. A lifetime on grass means better fat profiles, a cleaner flavor, and a nutrient density that grain finishing can't replicate.

  • All orders with meat or cold items are packed in boxes with recyclable insulated liners, as well as dry ice. We calculate the dry ice needs for each individual address to ensure you receive your meat perfectly frozen.

    It is very common for the dry ice in your package to have dissipated by the time it arrives to you. As long as the meat is still cold to the touch, the products have not been compromised.
