Our paleo beef blend is a made up of 80% ground beef, 10% beef liver and 10% beef heart. This blend is a great way to get the nutritional benefits of organ meat, while still enjoying the great taste of grass-fed, grass finished Beef. 

We have partnered with two ranches in Oregon and Arizona to bring you the highest quality beef, which means they are always grass fed as well as grass finished. There is no supplemental feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones ever used.  

Each pack is 1lb.

The blend is perfect! I mixed one pound of the blend with one pound of ground beef and used it for pasta sauce—perfect and delicious. Added hearty flavor for the family and mama loves that everyone is getting extra, vital nutrients!
