Our beef meets a standard 99% of farms can't. 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, California beef. Corn-free. Soy-free. No antibiotics, no hormones, no steroids. Raised on regenerative pasture, the way cattle were meant to live.

As a PA, I started this farm because I couldn't find meat I trusted for my own family. This is it, raised the way I was looking for all those years ago

Why It's Different

Most "grass-fed" beef is still grain-finished in feedlots. Ours isn't.

01

Grass Fed & Grass Finished

Our cattle graze on open pasture from birth to harvest — no feedlots, no grain finishing, no exceptions. A lifetime on grass means richer flavor, better fat profiles, and beef that actually earns the label.

Primal: open pasture, grass only, corn-free, soy-free
Conventional: "grass-fed" label, grain-finished in feedlots
02

No GMOs, Steroids, or Antibiotics

Healthy animals raised the right way don't need pharmaceutical interventions. Our cattle are never given antibiotics, hormones, or steroids — not once, not ever. Because that's what "clean" actually means.

Primal: no antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones
Conventional: routine pharmaceuticals to maximize feedlot yield
03

No Chemicals on Pasture

Our cattle graze on land free from chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. Healthy soil grows healthy grass. Healthy grass raises healthy beef. We believe less inputs = better outputs.

Primal: regenerative pasture, sunlight, rainfall, nature
Conventional: chemically treated land, confined feeding operations

Beef raised right.

Our cattle spend their entire lives on open pasture: no feedlots, no grain finishing, no corn, no soy. Ever. A lifetime on grass means beef with better fat profiles, richer flavor, and a nutrient density you can actually taste.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We partner with a network of small family farms throughout the United States in California, Arizona, and Michigan. We visit the farms we partner with and have walked the land the cattle is raised on.

  • Our steaks come from cattle that are 100% raised on grass and finished on pasture. They’re never fed grains, corn, or soy, which results in leaner, more flavorful cuts with higher nutritional value and no antibiotics or hormones. Our cattle are raised using regenerative practices, including rotational grazing that builds healthy soil, supports biodiversity, and improves the land over time. Cattle are never confined to feedlots and spend the majority of their lives grazing on pastures rooted in vegetative cover.
