The drum sticks were great tasting and baked/barbecued them in the oven. We don’t eat them on regular basis so only have occassionally.

Not enough collagen

I made chicken stock with the drumsticks, and found only a small about of collagen in the broth. This is likely because part of the top knuckles were cut off the drumsticks. I would like more of the top knuckle included with the drumsticks to provide more collagen.

Chicken Drumsticks

Best chicken I've had in years. Grew up on a farm as a kid and taste the way chicken is suppose to taste. No chemical taste just CHICKEN!
