corn-free, soy-free, vaccine-free pork

Raised on pasture in
Clear Creek, Nebraska

When you think of pasture-raised pork, what comes to mind? For many, it's pigs with access to the outdoors. But at Clear Creek Organic Farm, pasture-raised pork takes on an entirely new meaning, one that encompasses sustainable farming practices, animal husbandry, and a dedication to producing the highest quality pork possible.

Pasture-Raised

Raised on open pasture, free to roam and forage.

Soy Free

Soy isn't a species appropriate diet, so we replaced it with cleaner protein sources.

Corn Free

Protein from raw jersey-cow whey instead.

Vaccine Free

Never administered. Sunshine and space do the work.

Regenerative

The animals nourish the soil, the land feeds the animals.

Nutritious & Humane

The way nature intended — and tasted.

Actually Pasture Raised

Sows and piglets at Clear Creek aren't "outside" — they're scattered through heavily wooded paddocks so deep you can stand at the fence and not see a single animal. Bob will cup his hands and holler "COME PIG, COME PIG!" and they come trotting out from acres of forest.

That's the whole point. Hogs are foragers. Give them room and trees and they root, wallow, and graze the way the species was designed to.

Finished on raw whey from the same farm's dairy.

Clear Creek isn't just a hog farm, it's a working jersey dairy producing raw cheese, butter, and ice cream. The whey left over from the cheese vats goes straight to the hogs.

That raw whey, paired with oats and peas grown on-farm without chemicals or GMOs, builds the digestion, muscle, and intermuscular marbling you taste in the chop.

Truly regenerative.

No toxic runoff lagoons. No feedlot smell. No corn trucked in from across the county. The dairy feeds the hogs, the hogs work the woodland, and the creek that names the place still runs clean enough to wade in.

That's what "integrated" means here, a truly regenerative loop where the animals feed the land and the land feeds the animals.
