Not a good cut

There was a huge 2” ribbon of fat running through the cut. So half wasn’t meat. I did a slow cook at 200 degrees, but the beef was so tough I had to throw it out. Must be the way it was butchered, tried cutting from four different directions, so disappointed.

Excellent proteins

Like the title says, excellent proteins. Shipping is a bit much but worth it for the quality. The chicken is amazing. My new go to for meat home delivery.

We love this so much! It’s a regular part of our rotation. We put it in the crock pot with a bottle of barbq sauce, so easy and yummy!
