We prepped the liver noticing the high quality & freshness of the meat. We soaked in milk then cubed it. We used a Mediterranean herbs &
flour coating and prepared it in a veggie stir fry. It was So, So Delicious!!

I hate beef liver, the smell, the taste and the texture. Well I decided to give it another try and this time consume it raw (not saying you should or shouldn't that is just how I wanted to try it again). I received it and was not shocked at the great quality since I already order other food from Primal. I was able to consume it raw with no issues.
