Everything I received was great

This is my first time ordering from Primal Pastures. My son had told me about it. He is also a member since he lives in Temecula. Anyway, I will be ordering again very soon. Packaging was very professional. Everything I received was perfectly frozen. Thank you!

it works so far

The previous years, we always seemed to have delivery issues and would have to pick up at the FedEx location that received our order, with the exception of a few deliveries. Therefore we quit ordering. So far, we have placed 2 orders, and thus far with the pkg protection, no delivery issues. It is expensive.

To be honest, not really clear on what this actually covers, although I am assuming it covers lost or stollen product. It should also cover if the product is spoiled. Good price though, just saw it is $1.50.
