Every box is curated from our best-selling cuts and we mix it up each delivery so you're always discovering something new. The quality stays consistent while giving you the chance to try new products every order.
How It Works
1. Pick your size. The Classic Box is approximately 10 lbs. The Large Box runs 15–20 lbs. Choose what fits your household.
2. Pick your proteins. Chicken, beef, pork: select what you love (or what you're curious about) and we'll build your box with our most popular cuts from there.
That's it. Premium, pasture-raised meat lands at your door on your schedule, automatically.
Your subscription, your terms. Your box auto-renews based on your chosen delivery frequency, billed to the payment method on file. Pricing is subject to occasional adjustments. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account page. Questions? Reach us at info@primalpastures.com.
Nationwide Shipping is available three days a week, Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following week.
AZ, TX, NV, OR, WA, NM, WY, CO, UT, ID: Ground shipping is available four days a week, Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Thursday will be processed and shipped the following week.
California: Shipping is available Monday-Friday to residential addresses only. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following week.
All orders with meat or cold items are packed in boxes with recyclable insulated liners, as well as dry ice. We calculate the dry ice needs for each individual address to ensure you receive your meat perfectly frozen.
It is very common for the dry ice in your package to have dissipated by the time it arrives to you. As long as the meat is still cold to the touch, the products have not been compromised.
All orders received are processed immediately and will be packaged and shipped at the earliest convenience.
If you would like to cancel your order or combine multiple orders, please contact reach out to info@primalpastures.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
If the order has already been processed and packaged, changes may not be possible.
P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or mistakes entered in shipping details. Any shipping instructions should be entered into the ‘note to seller’ section at checkout (NOT in the address section). We will forward shipping instructions onto FedEx, however, we cannot guarantee drivers will follow instructions.
We have chosen to trust FedEx to deliver all orders. You will receive three confirmations: an order confirmation immediately upon purchase, a confirmation when your order is being packed and a confirmation when your order has been picked up by FedEx. All packages will be left without a signature and can be delivered as late as 8pm.
Due to order volume and changing inventory, we are unable to hold shipments. Of course, if there is an emergency please reach out to info@primalpastures.com and we will do our best to help.
We currently do not offer on farm pickup due to city regulations, but are actively working to bring this back!
