Cooking these filets is simple: just sear quickly over high heat with a tablespoon of our beef tallow, then finish low and slow to your preferred temperature.
All orders ship frozen with dry ice and insulated packaging to arrive in perfect condition. We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.
Our beef meets a standard 99% of farms can't. 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, California beef. Corn-free. Soy-free. No antibiotics, no hormones, no steroids. Raised on regenerative pasture, the way cattle were meant to live.
